Three distinct things — kept separate on purpose
Read-only visibility across companies: cash, collections, spend, coverage, exceptions. Reports on source systems — never the source of record.
A bounded follow-up queue for lien cases: stage, due dates, owners. Useful early; not a clinical or billing system.
A full platform with PHI, documents, firm communications, audit trails and access controls. Requires dedicated selection, security review and BAAs.
- A single five-row executive read is feasible and fast to scan.
- Financing, earned revenue and intercompany can be separated clearly.
- Company drill-down and lien exceptions can share one navigation.
- Staff workflows and ownership can sit alongside the numbers.
Turning this concept into a working system would require paid implementation: client-approved access to each source system, data mapping and KPI definitions, integration build and QA, security review and business associate agreements where PHI is involved, source-of-record and reconciliation controls, role-based access, and training. This demo makes no claim of HIPAA compliance, is not production-ready, and implies no delivery guarantee by January 1.
